Carl Scott Brown - C.E.O. and Lead Developer

Carl started developing the FixTheOdds services in 2008 after successfully applying the matched betting system by hand for his own benefit. Prior to FixTheOdds, Carl had a career focussing on both advising and running entrepreneurial business start-ups, and steering established companies through change management, in the online and services sectors.

Justin Murray - Managing Director

Justin joined FixTheOdds in April 2010 with Temba-IT. Prior that he was Managing Director of the UK's longest running distributed network animation processing company. Historically, Justin has lead consultancy and advisory IT projects for a number of Multinationals. Justin enjoys keeping his hand in on the ground level and often provides direct assistance to FTO members under the guise of Jay, Support.

Sajeeve Bahl - Consultant To The Board

With a 25 year track record in Business/Technology leadership and management as COO, CIO, CTO and Vice president in companies such as PWC, Oracle, Baan, BusinessEngine, CA and Betfair, Sajeeve advises the FTO Board on all aspects of the iGaming industry. He also currently holds Board positions in an Apple based Digital Media Presentation technology company and a private investment company. Sajeeve is married and his interests include current affairs, motorsport and music.

Kit Scott Brown - Consultant To The Board

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PKF in the City and progressed to Senior Partner of a Provincial Practice with interests in Banking. Started InterExec in 1976 to provide Career Management services for employed senior executives. Granted an honorary FIPD as a founder member of the IPD Career Counselling Forum. Founder of the Career Development & Outplacement Association. Kit advises the FTO Board on a broad spectrum of financial decisions.

Wesley Brown - Online Marketing Director

Wesley has been tinkering with websites since the days of geocities and netscape, when everyone thought it was cool to write emails in large pink fonts signed with stars and animated cats. A self-proclaimed geek and a lover of all things technology related. Wesley has a creative eye and an obsession for good clean working content that makes sense. He likes to make websites function as well as look pretty! A keen photographer, DJ and general music enthusiast.

Bob Whiteman - Support and Data Management

Bob started working for FixTheOdds in February 2011, after spending nearly twenty years providing computer support to various organizations, including Oxford Archaeology and Oxford School. Bob's hobbies include supporting his local rugby team and playing Aunt Sally, a game peculiar to Oxford and the surrounding district.
